Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon

Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon is a Buddhist monastery southeast of Ayutthaya's old city. Its large bell-shaped chedi is visible from a distance and is the temple's most recognizable landmark. The chedi is associated with King Naresuan and a commemoration of victory, connecting the site with the history of the Ayutthaya kingdom.
