Pattaya View Point

Pattaya View Point, also known as Phra Tamnak Hill Viewpoint, overlooks the sweeping curve of Pattaya Bay from a hill between South Pattaya and Jomtien. The open-air lookout brings together the sandy coastline, waterfront skyline and boats on the Gulf of Thailand in one broad panorama. It is an inviting place to take photographs and see the city's coastal setting from above. The hilltop also has local cultural significance. Nearby are a monument honouring Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, an important figure in the history of the Royal Thai Navy, and Wat Khao Phra Bat, where a replica of the Buddha's footprint is kept.
