1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive an official confirmation from Chorn Easy Tour via email or chat. Please verify that all provided information is accurate.
2. Payment Policy
- For tour packages: 50% payment is due after pickup, and the remaining 50% after the tour is completed (cash to driver).
- For transportation-only services and airport transfers: Full payment is due upon arrival or after drop-off.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may result in being blacklisted from future bookings.
- We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.
4. Final Confirmation
We will contact you again 1–2 days before the tour to reconfirm pickup time and details. Please ensure your contact details are active (Messenger / WhatsApp).
5. Child Discount Policy
- Child discount conditions may vary depending on the selected tour package.
- Full details, including age or height eligibility and discount amount, will be shown clearly on the booking form for each package.
- Children not meeting the criteria for discounts will be considered as full-paying passengers.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Be on time for pickup.
- Respect local customs, regulations, and the tour schedule.
- Inform us in advance of any special requirements or mobility issues.
7. Liability
While we do our best to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, Chorn Easy Tour is not liable for any accidents, losses, or delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events.

We respect your privacy. All data collected through the booking form is used solely for tour arrangements and will not be shared with third parties.
